In the event that King's Medical Centre is closed, you can seek advice by phoning NHS 111 (which is free from landlines and mobiles) for non-emergency symptoms, or by contacting your local pharmacist. If these services suggest you need to seek urgent care, then Primary 24, right next to the Emergency Department at King's Mill Hospital, provides a 24 hour walk-in service.

Out of hours for King's Medical Centre is between 6.30pm - 8am Monday to Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. If you require urgent medical attention during these hours, appointments are made through NHS 111 and you will be seen at your local out of hours service provider.

In a genuine emergency (including chest pains and/or shortness of breath), you should call 999.
