The practice has suitable access for disabled patients and all patient areas have wheelchair access including the waiting room, consultation rooms, toilets and we have a lift to the first floor.

GP Access Scheme

Monday to Friday 6.30pm - 8pm

Saturday 9am - 12noon

Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am – 1pm

Ashfield North Federation of practices includes King’s Medical Centre, Brierley Park Medical Centre, Willowbrook Medical Practice and Skegby Family Medical Centre. We are a group of practices who are working together to offer our patient’s access to a GP or Nurse via prebooked appointments on evenings and weekends.

These appointments can only be booked through your own GP practice. There will be a GP and sometimes a Nurse or Healthcare Assistant on duty at each practice. Your appointment will be 15 minutes long. There are no emergency appointments available during GP Access Surgeries. Should the GP you see like to refer you for further investigations or procedures, this information will be passed on to your usual GP practice to process.

Extended GP Access service is accessible 7 days a week. Sunday service is available from 9am-1pm. If you require an appointment, please enquire with our reception team.

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they need in an easy and convenient format.
